As far back as he can remember, he has always been in contact with the sea, originally being from a village (Galiza), and a family with generations of sailors and fishermen. From the age of 12, he began kayaking competitively, and it wasn´t until years later that he discovered sea kayaking as a hobby, which he then fell in love with, and it became not just his passion, but also his way of life, working free-lance, providing training and guidance all over the coasts of Spain, with now more than 20 years of experience training kayakers of all levels.
“What I like the most about kayaking is to be able to paddle and paddle, and keep on paddling, especially on my own, in differing sea conditions, and always with the respect that this environment deserves”.
