Once the IX Pagaia Symposium is over, we can only thank you for your presence these days in Llançà, the city of kayaking. The organizing team of the Symposium wishes you to have had a good stay with us and to have enjoyed the workshops and the outings that we have proposed. Elke Grunwald, a primary school teacher, is now paddling for more than 20 years. She started with a folding boat on the rivers around her hometown Bremen and later she was guiding tours with her family and friends in Germany, Poland, Denmark and Sweden.

JC Eloy
